Personal Data Collected

We collect data through cookies and various forms on our websites. Information collected through forms includes, but is not limited to, first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, and other data related to managing the customer relationship.

Through applications, we also collect personal data from job applicants, which may include information such as education and work history, as well as other necessary information for the job application process.

Use of Cookies

We want it to be easy and comfortable for you to use our websites and quickly find the information and services you need. That is why we use cookies on our websites. We utilize cookies to develop our services and site and to target marketing.

Please note that blocking cookies may limit the functionality of our website and the quality of our service. Data Processing, Security, and Disclosure

Only our duly authorized personnel have access to personal data, and information is not unnecessarily shared with external parties. Our staff has received training in data security matters, and we use secure methods and tools in all our work. Only those employees whose duties require it may use our systems containing personal data.

Data is not disclosed outside the EU or the EEA. Third parties, such as the retailers of our products whose services we use, are also committed to complying with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation when processing personal data.

Your Rights and Data Retention Period

We are committed to complying with the GDPR regarding the individual’s rights concerning the data collected about them. These include the right to withdraw consent for the collection of personal data, the right to access data, the right to have errors corrected, the right to prohibit direct marketing, the right to object to or restrict processing, and the right to have data transferred.

Customer information is stored in the register as long as it is necessary for contact purposes and for initiating a potential assignment. Normally, the data is usually deleted within six months. However, if the law dictates otherwise, or if a competent authority has initiated a process that requires the retention of the data, or if another party has sought a protective measure decision for the data from the Finnish judicial system, the data will not be destroyed.

The retention periods for cookies can be found in the cookie policy.
