How Much Does Service Cost?

The average price of a repair is 177–230 €, depending on the fault and the required spare parts.

The price for an inspection visit is 158 €. We do not charge a separate inspection fee if the device is repaired according to the price estimate we provide.

Utilize Home Insurance for Service

Your home insurance may cover appliance breakdowns. The insurance usually covers at least the cost of the inspection visit and often covers part of the repair – depending on your policy terms. The age of the device and your policy’s deductible will affect the reimbursement amount.

If the machine is not worth repairing, the insurance company often provides compensation toward the purchase of a new machine.

Before You Book: Find Your Model Details

Before contacting us, you should find the device’s brand and model from its rating plate. Providing these details speeds up the processing of your service request. See the guide below to find the location of the rating plate.

  • Refrigerator

    You can find the refrigerator’s rating plate:

    • On the left or right inner wall.
    • On the left or right inner wall, near the vegetable drawers.
    • The plate may also be located in the freezer section.
  • Stoves

    You can find the stove’s rating plate:

    • On the right side, when the appliance is pulled slightly out of its recess.
    • On the frame under the door (also check the back).
    • Remove the baking sheet storage drawer and check the frame underneath.

    Important: Do not pull the stove out by the door handle!

  • Dishwashers

    You can find the dishwasher’s rating plate:

    • On the right side of the door edge.
    • On the top part of the frame, underneath the door.
  • Washing Machines

    You can find the washing machine’s rating plate:

    • On the top edge of the loading opening.
    • On the bottom edge of the loading opening.
    • On the inner surface of the door.
    • Or behind the machine.

    For top-loading machines:

    • Behind the machine.
    • Inside the filter hatch.
  • Tumble Dryers

    You can find the dryer’s rating plate:

    • On the top edge of the loading opening.
    • On the bottom edge of the loading opening.
    • On the inner surface of the door.
    • Or behind the machine.
  • Range Hoods

    Location typically inside the grease filter area or on the casing.

  • Cooktops / Hobs

    You can find the cooktop’s rating plate:

    • On the bottom of the cooktop unit.
  • Vacuum Cleaners

    You can find the vacuum’s rating plate:

    • On the bottom of the vacuum.
    • On the back of the vacuum.
  • Microwave Ovens

    You can find the microwave’s rating plate:

    • Behind the device.
    • Inside the front cover or near the locking mechanism.
