Deep Cleaning Service
We recommend deep cleaning if dirt, mold, or grease has accumulated inside the air source heat pump. Deep cleaning restores the device’s performance and freshens the indoor air.
The device is protected with a cover, and the indoor unit is washed with a pressure washer. The dirty water drains neatly into a bucket. The device does not need to be dismantled, so the work is done quickly.
Indoor Unit Procedures
- Inspection of fan operation
- Lubrication of the fan drum bearing
- Inspection of the condensate drain system and wet vacuuming if necessary
- Checking intake and outlet air temperatures
- Cleaning of filters
- Thorough deep cleaning of the heat exchanger and fan drum using disinfecting cleaning agents and pressure washing
- Cleaning of the casing, air direction vanes and visible surfaces
Outdoor Unit Procedures
- Inspection of fan motor operation
- Inspection of heat exchanger cleanliness and removal of loose debris
- Inspection of mounting points and vibration dampers
- Refrigerant charge check based on pressure
- Visual inspection of suction and pressure lines
The price of deep cleaning maintenance is 275 €. The price includes labour, cleaning agents and consumables used during the maintenance.
Any additional work and spare parts will be charged separately.
Troubleshooting and Repairs
When your pump is not working or is making a strange noise, we find the cause of the fault and provide an offer for the repair. Our goal is to get your device back into working order as quickly as possible.

Remember that all our air source heat pump maintenance and repair work is eligible for the household deduction. The deduction is 35% of the labor cost, up to 1600 € per person. The deductible is 150 € per person.
